The porn industry’s trade publication takes a shot at us today on its online site, gloating that we are in need of money. They monitor all our projects, warning pornographers about us.  But, that is a good sign.  We are effective and that gets to them!  Just wait until we are successful in getting the U.S. Department of Justice to restart criminal prosecutions against them!
Yes, it is a violation of U.S. criminal law to distribute hardcore porn (obscenity) on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, in retail shops, through the mail, and on hotel/motel TV.  GETTING OUR FEDERAL PORNOGRAPHY LAWS ENFORCED IS OUR NUMBER 1 PROJECT!!
I had the privilege of leading the U.S. Department of Justice prosecution effort for three United States Attorneys General and I know how wonderfully effective such prosecutions can be. We saw a significant decrease in the amount and availability of hard-core pornography when the laws were being enforced. Do you agree with me that illegal pornographers should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
